Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Muravai packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
